Application procedure
You can make your Request for accessible information or Complaint (article 12 of RD 1112/2018) on the website by filling out the Contact form on the Fet a mà Patchwork website.
n the case of requests for accessible information, the interested person must specify, with complete clarity, the facts, reasons and request that allow it to be verified that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.
If once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it would have been:
- dismissed,
- did not agree with the decision taken,
- the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, or
- The period of twenty business days has elapsed without having received a response.
The interested person may initiate a claim to:
- know and oppose the reasons for the rejection,
- urge the adoption of appropriate measures in the event of disagreement with the decision taken, or
- state the reasons why it is considered that the response does not meet the required requirements.
The claim can be submitted through the Contact form, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Claims will be received and processed by the corresponding Fet a mà Patchwork department.
The appropriate administrative remedies may be filed against the resolution of the claim regulated in the previous paragraphs, in accordance with the provisions of article 112 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
