Shipping costs
Due to the large number of items on the website and to ensure that there is sufficient stock of all the items ordered, the payment process will be carried out once we have prepared the order and secured the stock.
In this way we can also take into account the observations attached to the order (fabric combinations, questions about items, products that are not on the website, etc.)
Keep in mind that shipping costs, whether by Correos, ONTIME or INPOST (Mondial Relay), depend on the weight and volume of the package.
Packages can be sent in 4 ways:
- Correos (Deliveries 2 to 7 business days)
- ONTIME (24-48 hour messaging)
- Pickup in Store / Fair
- Pick up at INPOST Point (Mondial Relay)
WARNING::

- In the event that packages are returned to the wrong address, because they are not picked up at the office after failed delivery attempts, etc. The client will be responsible for the expenses incurred.
Correos
CORREOS ESPAÑA rates updated on January 1, 2023.

Packages sent by Correos will be delivered to your home within an approximate period of 2-7 working days* from the day of shipment.
Packages leave our store every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 in the morning.
If the postman does not find you, he will leave a "Notice of Arrival" in the mailbox so that you can pick up the package at your nearest Post Office during the next 15 days.
Only packages that have been prepared and paid for (in the case of credit card, Bizum, transfer or PayPal) will leave before 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cartas Certificadas and Paquetes Estándar will be delivered within 2-7 business days from delivery to the Post Office.
* In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it usually takes about 15-20 days to be delivered, although it may be delayed for customs reasons.
In the European Union the approximate delivery time is about 10-15 days.
International shipments usually take more days depending on destination.
Warning: When calculating shipping costs for bulky packages (containing wadding, Styrofoam, cutting bases, slate fabric, foams, etc.), apart from the weight, the volume of the package will also be taken into account.
In this way, even if a package does not reach a certain weight, if it is voluminous it may belong to a higher category.

ONTIME 24-48 H
Only for shipments to Spain and mainland Portugal
ONTIME rates updated on June 12, 2024.
Warning: If the packages are voluminous (they measure more than 150 cm adding the 3 sides of the package) there is a supplement of €2.50.
If the packages are very voluminous (they measure more than 200 cm adding the 3 sides of the package) there is a supplement of €3.75.

Packages sent by courier will be delivered to your home within 24-48 hours (holidays, Saturdays and Sundays not included) from the day the package leaves Fet a mà Patchwork.
Packages are sent daily and for better service, ONTIME will send you a notice prior to delivery.
Shipments with ONTIME can only be made to mainland Spain and Portugal. They will not be sent to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments.
ONTIME packages leave from Monday to Friday at 4:30 p.m.
Only packages that have been prepared and paid for (in the case of credit card, transfer, Bizum or PayPal) will be sent out before 4:00 p.m.
If paid later, packages will ship the next day.
PICK UP AT INPOST POINT (MONDIAL RELAY)
Only for shipments to Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland and the Netherlands

Packages sent by INPOST will be delivered to a POINT PACK (collection point) within 10-15 business days from the day the package leaves Fet a mà Patchwork.
Packages will leave Fet a mà Patchwork within 24-48 business hours once payment has been made.
Shipments with INPOST can only be to Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Collection in store / fair
An option for those people who have little time is to send us an order so that we can prepare it and come pick it up at the store. This way when they stop by the store or send a courier, everything will be ready.
It is also an option for those people who are going to attend a fair, since they must take into account that at fairs we cannot take all the items we have in the store. This way they make sure they have the desired items.
This option does not have any shipping costs.
Payment Methods
Both packages sent by Correos and ONTIME can be paid through:
- Cash on delivery
- PayPal
- Bizum
- Transfer or bank deposit
- Credit card
- Credit card by phone
- Payment in store or at the fair
Cash on delivery
Only for shipments to Spain
Payment at the time of delivery.
Cash on delivery payment implies an increase in shipping costs (Materials + shipping costs + refund costs)
Correos
In cartas certificadas add: €3.85
Example:
For an order for which the total amount (materials plus shipping costs by Post Office) is €50, the refund amount would be:
€50 + €3.85 = €53.85.
Total amount €53.85
In paquetes estándar add: Add 2.85% of the total order amount with shipping costs plus VAT with a minimum of €2.50
Example 1:
An order for which the total amount (materials plus shipping costs by CORREOS Standard Package) is €50, the refund amount would be:
€50 x 0.0285% = €1.43.
€1.43 + 21% VAT = €1.73 > The minimum would be €2.50.
€50 + €2.50 = €52.50.
Total amount: €52.50.
Example 2:
For an order whose total amount (materials plus shipping costs by POST Standard Package) is €100, the refund amount would be:
€100 x 0.0285% = €2.85.
€2.85 + 21% VAT = €3.45.
€100 + €3.45 = €103.45.
Total amount: €103.45.
ONTIME
Add 6% of the total amount of the order with shipping costs plus VAT with a minimum of €2.50
Example 1:
For an order whose total amount (materials plus shipping costs by ONTIME) is €30, the refund amount would be:
€30 x 0.06% = €1.80.
€1.80 + 21% VAT = €2.18 > The minimum would be €2.50.
€30 + €2.50 = €32.50.
Total amount: €32.50.
Example 2:
For an order whose total amount (materials plus shipping costs by ONTIME) is €100, the refund amount would be:
€100 x 0.06% = €6.00.
€6.00 + 21% VAT = €7.26.
€100 + €7.26 = €107.26.
Total amount: €107.26.
This payment method is not valid for international shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Paypal
Payment through Paypal implies an increase in shipping costs (Materials + shipping costs + Paypal costs).
Once the order is prepared, we will send you the Paypal link to make payment for your order.
Paypal costs if paid in EUROS are 3.5% of the total order, plus a fixed €0.37.
Paypal costs if you pay in a currency other than EURO are 6% of the total order, plus a fixed €0.37.
Bizum
Only for shipments to Spain
Payment through Bizum does NOT imply an increase in shipping costs.
Once the order is prepared, we will send you an email with the total amount of the order and the store's phone number.
Bank transfer
Payment by transfer does NOT imply an increase in shipping costs.
Once the order is prepared, we will contact you to give you the amount to pay, taking into account the shipping costs, weight and dimensions of the package.
You have to make a transfer or deposit into one of the Fet a mà Patchwork - Laia Jordana Altés accounts by putting your name or order number in the reference or concept of the deposit or transfer order.

Credit or debit card
Payment by credit or debit card does NOT imply an increase in shipping costs.
Once the order has been prepared, we will send you an email with the link to the Banco Sabadell payment gateway to proceed to make the payment.
To make the payment with a credit or debit card through the gateway you have to follow the following steps:
- Have the credit or debit card ready with which you want to make the payment.
- Have the verification system prepared for your card for online purchases: bank application, mobile phone to receive SMS, CIP number, etc.
- Click on the link below and follow the instructions until payment is completed.
- Once the purchase is confirmed through your bank's application, you must click the "Return to store" button to complete the purchase.
Credit or debit card by phone
Payment by credit or debit card over the phone DOES NOT imply an increase in shipping costs.
Once the order is prepared, we will call you to proceed with the payment by manually entering the data into our TPV.
Payment in store / Fair
When picking up an order in the store or at a fair, payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
There is also the possibility of paying for an order with a bank transfer or credit card and collecting it in person or through a courier in the store or at a fair.
Promotion Free or discounted shipping costs
Orders over 100 euros in materials will have free shipping (not counting shipping or payment costs) with a delivery address in mainland Spain.
For orders over 100 euros that weigh more than 5 kg or that are bulky because they contain items such as wadding, flock, foam, large cutting bases, etc. that cause the dimensions of the package to go beyond the standards, the corresponding rate with its weight and volume will be applied with a discount of €5.80.
Orders over 100 euros in materials (not including shipping or payment costs) with a delivery address in the Balearic Islands, Portugal or in a country in the European Union may benefit from a discount of €5.80 on shipping costs .
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments outside the European Union are excluded from this promotion.
Shipments within this promotion will be sent by CORREOS to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and in the most economical way (depending on the weight and volume of the package) to the rest of the destinations that fall within the promotion.
If indicated when placing the order, you can choose shipping by ONTIME by paying the difference in rate.
Free or discounted shipping costs do not include payment costs (cash on delivery and PayPal). If you choose one of these two payment methods, shipping costs will not be paid but the commissions corresponding to the payment method will be paid.
This promotion is not applicable to customers to whom other discounts apply.
